The name VIA Concepts was conceived in the Spring
of 1999 by Tat C. Chan, the founder of the firm. Mr. Chan, along with
two talented young architects, were finishing up an international
competition, discussing the "Vitality in Architecture",
among other topics and hence the birth of VIA Concepts. It was not
until March of 2002 that VIA Concepts became a reality.
VIA Concepts opened the Miami branch of the firm in December of 2005. The firm has grown to include three architects, four graduate architects, two technicians and two administrative assistants. |
